Wind turbine blades work in extreme conditions. From surface pinholes to structural laminate damage, our in-house teams repair blades on-rope and at height, restoring aerodynamic performance and extending asset life. DZP covers the full spectrum—Category 1 to Category 5—using OEM-approved methods and high-quality resin systems and coatings.

What we repair

• Cat 1–2: cosmetic/gelcoat damage, pinholes, chips, superficial LE erosion
• Cat 3: laminate/skin repairs, trailing-edge splits, small core exposure
• Cat 4: larger laminate repairs, lightning receptor surrounds, bond lines
• Cat 5: complex structural areas, leading/trailing edge rebuilds, tip repairs

1. Condition assessment (visual + tap test; optional drone & UT where required)
2. Scope confirmation with client & OEM method statements
3. Controlled grinding, drying, surface prep
4. Composite lay-up (glass/carbon), vacuum assist where applicable
5. Cure control, post-cure, profiling & sanding
6. Topcoat/LEP reinstatement, polish, documentation
